Why doesn’t the school throw a party for those who are on track as an award?

Dear Alex,

I think it is a great idea! Bringing kids together to have fun and make new friends sounds nice and something different. Here are some of the students’ and teachers’ thoughts on the topic:

                “We should have one, honestly- we don’t do anything that public schools do.” ~Jasmine M.

                “The school doesn’t do events so a dance would be nice.” ~Elijah M.

“It’s a good idea since all the kids are on computers. It would be nice to get to know other       students.” ~Ms. Wall

“I think it is a limited construct for students in the school and will be nice to have an event happening in the school.” ~Mr. Cordenner
